February 2008 - Update
PA / FA Football Tournament (Under 10 / 12 age group)
The Choa Chu Kang Sports Constituency / RAIN United will incorporate teams comprising boys age 12 and below to participate in the Peoples' Association / Football Association Singapore joint football tournament to be tentatively held in June or July 2008.
Registrations will be conducted at the CCKCC on 23rd February 2008. We have committed to FAS for this tournament.
Training will be held every Saturday at 0500 pm at the Teck Whye pitch. The registered boys will undergo weekly training sessions and friendly matches have been arranged prior to the tournament. The boys selected for the tournament will represent the Choa Chu Kang Sports Constituency to pit their skills against teams from the Islandwide Sports Constituencies.

Kowloon Football Invitation 2008
With kind invitation from the Kowloon Football Club, RAIN United has been invited to participate in this year's Multi Cross-Cultural Football Tournament to be held in April / May 2008.
Foreign teams comprising the likes from Hong Kong, Japan, China, Brazil, etc will gather together to play in this goodwill tournament which has been a biannual affair incoporated since 1996. The 8 invited teams will be seperated into 2 groups to play in the round robin with the top 2 teams advancing to the semi-finals.
The matches will be played on neutral grounds either at the St Wilfred Stadium or Clementi Stadium to be held on Sundays. The semi-finals and finals are slated to be played at the Jalan Besar Stadium. The participation teams will comply with the FA and FIFA regulations with FAS refeeree and 2 linesmen to officiate each match.
A farewell reception will be hosted for all the teams at the end of the tournament and winning trophys and medals will be awarded to the top 3 teams.
In preparation for this tournament, we will arranged for some pre-friendly matches. We have intend to field a squad of 15 players for this tournament though we can registered up to 20 players. This is to enable all to have a chance to play in the tournament. For more information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
